FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Since co-founding Radio IP Software in 1998, Yvon Bergeron has held key technical and executive management positions within the organization. He has been instrumental in the development of wireless network software solutions with a focus on enabling mobile data communications over any type of wireless network technology. As the original architect of Radio IP MTG™, the company’s flagship Mobile VPN solution, Yvon has kept Radio IP Software at the forefront of mobile data solutions for vertical market user needs. Yvon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Mathematics from the University of Sherbrooke in 1985.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Roch Tremblay is a senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in leading various departments and companies in the telecommunications and service industry. Roch’s experience in change management, customer service, and large-scale project management support his strong leadership capabilities and his commitment to promoting a strong service culture. An energetic and creative business builder, Roch has been involved in developing departments across Canada in companies such as Shaw Direct, Bell Business Solutions (GFI), National Bank of Canada and Rona. Roch is also a recognized speaker at various customer relations and contact center management forums and events.
R&D/QC/CS DIRECTOR
Accomplished Operation manager with almost 20-years of practical experience with several renowned employers in the Technology and R&D industry, Marie has an extensive expertise in end-to-end project management, both in Europe and Canada. Client-focused and driven by results, Marie is a true passionate of innovation and product developments. She is recognized for her dedication, client approach and her ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

With over 20 years of experience in Customer Support Operations and more than 16 years with Radio IP, Geneviève has gained extensive knowledge of the organization, as she’s known as the owner of Radio IP’s History. After working at CGI (Bell Canada) for 6 years, where she earned her background in incident management, her main goal now is to put her expertise to use in order to make sure Radio IP goes beyond our partners and customers’ expectations. By ensuring a constant free flow of communication and an efficient use of resources throughout the organization, Geneviève aims to direct, control, and supervise Radio IP’s effectiveness to facilitate its long-term success.
